Rajasthan to allot 552 acres for three private industrial parks in Dausa, Balotra, Dholpur

The land will be allotted under the Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026, with developers required to provide roads, utilities, common facilities and plug-and-play offices.

The Rajasthan government is set to allot around 552 acres of land in Dausa, Balotra and Dholpur districts for development of three private industrial parks under its Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026, officials said on Wednesday.

The move is aimed at giving a boost to private industrial park development in the state and creating a favourable industrial environment for investors.

The e-bidding process for land parcels was held on September 15 following online applications invited from investors between August 27 and September 8, with submission of earnest money deposits, an official statement said.

Seven entrepreneurs participated in the bidding for land parcels at Rajahera, Guda Ashikpura and Noorpur in Dausa, five for Vedaralai in Balotra and two for Bijoli in Dholpur.

After allotment of land to the successful private developers, the industrial parks will be developed with infrastructure such as roads, water supply, electricity, drainage, rainwater harvesting and street lighting.

The developers will also be required to provide facilities such as common utility centres and plug-and-play offices. Green incentives for Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) will also be available as per the prescribed conditions.

The government said the increasing participation of investors in the land parcels under Model-A of the policy reflects growing interest in private industrial park development and is expected to create new opportunities for investment, industrial activity and employment in the state.
