Rajasthan ranks first in Mission Karmayogi ranking for second consecutive month

Rajasthan recorded a composite score of 62.49 in the ranking, securing the top position for the second consecutive month.

Rajasthan has ranked first in Category C, comprising the largest states by population, in the latest Mission Karmayogi ranking based on capacity building and learning outcomes of states and Union Territories.

Rajasthan recorded a composite score of 62.49 in the ranking, securing the top position for the second consecutive month.

Shreya Guha, Additional Chief Secretary, Training Department and Director General, Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM RIPA), said the state has been focusing on capacity building and learning activities for government officials and employees.

HCM RIPA is the nodal department for Mission Karmayogi in Rajasthan. It coordinates activities related to the programme, including onboarding government employees on the iGOT Karmayogi platform, online learning, course completion and capacity-building initiatives.

The programme aims to support continuous learning, skill development and training of government personnel in line with changing administrative requirements.

Rajasthan had also secured the first position in the previous month's ranking.
