Rajasthan clears allocation of 552 acres for three private industrial parks

The parks in Dausa, Balotra and Dholpur will be developed under Model-A of Rajasthan’s 2026 industrialpark policy.

Rajasthan has cleared the allocation of about 552 acres of land in Dausa, Balotra and Dholpur for three private industrial parks under the Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026.

According to the official press release, the allocation process follows the e-bidding conducted on September 15, 2026. The three industrial parks will be developed under Model-A of the policy.

Investors were invited to submit online applications and deposit earnest money for land parcels between August 27 and September 8. In the e-bidding process, seven entrepreneurs participated for land parcels at Rajahera, Guda Ashikpura and Noorpur in Dausa, five for Vedarai in Balotra and two for Bijauli in Dholpur.

Following allocation of land to the successful private developers, the industrial parks will be developed in the respective areas.

The private developers will be responsible for developing infrastructure, including roads, water supply, electricity, drainage, rainwater harvesting and street lighting.

Under the prescribed conditions, the industrial parks will also provide facilities, including green incentives for Common Effluent Treatment Plants, Common Utility Centres and plug-and-play offices.

The Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026 provides for the development of private industrial parks through different models. Under Model-A, private developers participate in the process for allocation of identified land parcels.

The development of the three industrial parks is expected to lead to investment and industrial activity in the respective areas and create employment opportunities.
