Rajasthan civic polls: Anusuiya Goswami elected Kota Mayor

BJP’s Anusuiya Goswami was elected Kota mayor with 65 votes against Congress candidate Sunita Suman’s 35. Sunil Kothari won Jaipur, while voting in Jodhpur was underway. Protests were reported outside Jaipur Municipal Corporation over alleged irregularities during the voting process

The BJP has secured a significant victory in the Kota Municipal Corporation mayoral election in Rajasthan, with Anusuiya Goswami elected as the new Mayor.

She received 65 votes, while the Congress candidate received 35 votes.
