IHCL signs a brownfield Gateway property in Alwar, Rajasthan

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), announced the signing of a hotel in Alwar, Rajasthan. This brownfield project will be branded as Gateway.

Suma Venkatesh, executive vice president, Real Estate and Development, IHCL, said, “With its rich cultural heritage and proximity to NCR, Alwar is emerging as an ideal getaway for travellers seeking nature, wildlife and heritage experiences. This signing aligns with our strategy of pioneering new destinations and we are delighted to partner with Lords India Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. for this project.”Nestled within the Aravalli hills, the 122-key Gateway Alwar offers panoramic views of the lush landscape. The hotel features a range of dining options including an all-day diner, specialty restaurant and a bar. Guests can explore the wellness facilities including a swimming pool, fitness centre and spa. For weddings and social events, the hotel offers a banqueting space spanning over 9,000 square feet and versatile meeting rooms.Manoj Kumar Chachan, founder, Lords India Entertainment Pvt.
